Partners for Success Evaluation
The purpose for the Partners for Success Evaluation is to consider the implementation of the P4S Action Plan 2003-2004, and to assess the impact it has had on the improvement of educational outcomes for Indigenous students.
The Action Plan identified four priority areas that directed the focus for the 2003-05 period.
They are:
- Attendance
- Retention and Completion
- Literacy Attainment
- Workforce and Leadership in Indigenous Education
The aim of this evaluation is to consider how the action plan was implemented, to what extent it was implemented, and how the four selected priority areas have impacted on Indigenous student performance.
It is hoped that through this evaluation we will provide a clear direction forward for the Department from 2007 onwards that will include a strategy that is transparent and apparent to all.
