Study Tour Schools

There are currently 400 government schools across Queensland that are accredited to host study tour programs. Both primary and high schools in metropolitan and regional areas of Queensland are experienced in delivering high quality programs to international students in an innovative, safe and caring educational environment.

All schools offer first class sports, music, art and IT programs and several schools offer specialised programs such as marine and aquatic studies, aviation, surf awareness, tourism and vocational education subjects. Education Queensland schools are committed to ensuring the highest quality of care and support to visiting students.

Each school has a study tour coordinator who is trained and accredited to coordinate all aspects of the program including homestay selection and orientation, English teacher recruitment, excursion and transport bookings, welcome and farewell parties and student information packages. School coordinators provide 24-hour pastoral care and support to students and play an important role in ensuring programs deliver quality outcomes for students.
